TIE THE KNOT --- The handles attach to a flat exercise band in a jiffy. Simply route the end of the band through the webing buckle loop and tie a knot or two. These resistance band handles are compatible with any flat exercise band. We DO NOT recommend usage with tube, or loop band style products.
